Saint Andrew's day weekend we spent in Karczemka. On Friday and Saturday there were a typical winter, with temperatures below 0 during the day (-5 degrees). Elbląg Canal began to freeze, while the surrounding lake not yet. Because of it on Saturday we had only a short, 3-kilometer walk, but on Sunday it was a little better, it got warmer (2 degrees). In the forests, however, is still rather autumn weather and quite nicely.
